Unable to Connect to Patch server

I thought I would check this out again, did a year or so ago and found no one was ever on. But can't get into the game as when I hit Patch, I get the message Unable to connect to the Xsyon server.

Any idea why?

Udate Ok Tried it again and now it is downloading, maybe off line for a couple hours? Anyway it is downloading it.
