Peace server DOWN 2/11/15

Is there a problem or just extended maintenance?

Today is Feb 18. I have two accounts. I can log both into the War server but I get an error message when I try to go to the Peace server which supposedly is online. I get the following error message: "Unable to Connect to Server: Timed Out" Don't know if its down for maintenance or what. Does anyone know?

The Peace Server is currently restarting.

Please use the server status thread (http://www.xsyon.com/showthread.php/9252-Server-Status-Peace-Server)in the future if the server appears to be down not during regular maintenance or an update. At times the server alarm does not trigger right away.
