$29.99 includes one month of game time and allows you to play indefinitely but with limits (skills are limited).
$14.99 per month after the month allows you to play without any limits.

maybe a steam post? stating 30$ for the game + 1 month free and then free unlimited basic use with 15$ a month for premium?
