Cant see what a tribe member is typing

i cant see what one of the tribe members is saying, but i can see that people are replying to something someone is saying, what does that mean?

You have that member on ignore.

Do you have tribe chat enabled in your active chat tab?

No, i checked if they were ignored and no one is. I also have tribe chat on. It seems to be random, right now i can see what only one person is saying even though i know theres 3 or 4 talking. Bug?
