My castle I built 100% from scratch unlike the other posers ;) Took around 8 hours of work to do this.

Nice sandcastle you've got there!

Keep in mind that the time I spent on making this I could have made 3 trade hubs. Every single floor piece had to be placed. Jooky has restricted height on terraforming and these walls are as high as it can go for the time being.

Hi, my name is TheMap!

By the way its called an accomplishment. Games such as these types (sandbox) require "work" this in turn makes an accomplishment even more fulfilling when you are done.

Other games that require "Work"
Mortal Online= tons of work to make steel/tungsteel/cronite. Hours of mining materials.

Eve Online= Hours/days of training to fly a ship at max skill. Hours/days of mining to afford/build a carrier/mothership/titan.

All in all this "Work" equates to a big payout that is a great accomplishment. This in turn separates the scrubs from the accomplished.

Maybe you came from Darkfall where all you had to do was macro for 8 hours a day to reach your goal. Those are shallow accomplishments and if that is the case I understand the resentment towards my work.

/cheers

You misunderstood, the picture really was a tribute to you! My point was that to make such a construction you must be an engineer.

If that is true then I am sorry. It appears I mistaken-ed you. The first replies set the tone and I only thought you was following suit.

Very cool! Now I wonder how many castles we will get in the middle of lakes and wide rivers?
