Can we get a system message when someone buys our items off a totem.

Who bought it, how much, where it was sold at, and the item name.

Very good idea, especially helpful if you have additional trade totems in allied tribes.

Yes, though this would only be useful for players that are online a whole lot. ;-)

I mentioned a mailbox in another suggestion. These type of messages could be another use for the mailbox.

Mailbox system is good also.

I do think that my suggestion didnt think about most people are not online that much to get such a message.
