It would be a carbon copy. Keep in mind terrain reversion will be in place, so over time, only the actual active tribes on each server will have their towns in place. Abandoned ruins will remain longer than land that's been stripped clean. With terrain reversion there will be a lot more untouched land to start new towns.

There's so little PvP in the world right now we PvEers hardly get bothered. Stay away from certain zones where the dark gods of Xsyon lurk and you're petty much okay. lol

If the population does grow that much, I can see the need.

Anyway, congrats and good luck and hopefully things will pick up.
