Hello Xsyon Citizens!

I'd like to keep you all informed of how things are coming along with my current graphics update as it's been a while since I last posted.

The graphics are coming along alright. The DirectX 11 functions are complete and DirectX 12 functions are nearly done. DirectX 13 conversion is well underway.
