tecnical - game crashing - video settings

hey there and thanx in adv for help -- i logged in for about 3 hours on thur and was running around and doing stuff just fine , did some foraging and i was looking for a spot, at one point i got disconnected and replaced at starter area (guess it was a rollback) -- but the problem is now whenever i log in and start running around -- if i turn left or right the game crashes, i have adjusted my video setting down alot but it still happening -- very frustrating -- has anyone had this happen to them or does anyone know a solution? any suggestions will be appreciated -- cant wait to start playing again -- game looks great
