Stop Tribal Totems from blocking Terraforming .

Title says it all .

At the moment , if you try to terraform where the Totem is you can't because of "there are objects in the way "

This means if your trying to lower / raise / flatten your whole area you can't and will be left with a spot in the centre that is out of place .
