Looking for like-minded players...

Hey i want to create a circle of friends to create a tribe with me... I am new to this game and am a complete n00b... Im learning fast and know we have alot of new people joining all the time. I like democracy type systems where everyone is equal and have the same or similar goals... I currently own a tribe in zone 699... "The Blood Republic"
Focus: All crafts and skills will be encouraged of course... Every member of the tribe should have a focus on becoming strong and good fighters for future raids and a harsher world comming up with updates... I like the idea of post-apocalyptic raiders and warfare... I dont like the large successful dictator communities that seem to litter the tahoe are so far...
