Resources for bone crafters being as meager as they are, I believe it's only fitting that the most be made from current sources.
This could easily be accomplished through some minor re-coding (making one of the sets require bones from any animal) or the implementation of coyote/raccoon specific recipes/sets.
Apologies if this is a repeat suggestion, but I browsed the first 15 pages with no results.
