Help, need information on subscription fees

On the "Order Now" page it says "Reduced fees are available for Quarterly, Biannual and Yearly orders.". However I cannot find any info regarding these reduced fees. Can anyone tell me what the costs are for the different lengths of subscription.
I really don't want to pay the $14 a month subscription fee, but I would be willing to pay for at least half a year, providing the fees are reduced enough to make a difference.

The prices can be found under the 'Membership Type', when placing an order.

But the prices are as follows...

$14.99 Per Month.
$41.97 Quarterly.
$77.97 Biannual.
$143.88 Yearly.

The reason I couldn't find these prices was because I haven't bought the game itself yet, so the only membership type I get is a 'Game Account ($39.99)'.
