Tweak for the inside of structures

It would be nice to have the Destroy option disabled while inside a tent or other structure. The code should/will already be in place to determine whether you are inside as part of the comfort system.

Better would be an option to disable Destroy entirely from the totem.

Another "inside" option I would like to see is making the structure ghost as in construction mode. That would keep the camera from being obscured when it clips through teepee walls, etc. and we could still see what the hell we are doing inside the tent, especially us tall guys in those little bittly French midget sized tents.
