"No Windowed device combo found"

when starting Xsyon i get this error "No Windowed Device Combo found".

i have laptop model HP8710p with NVIDIA Quadro NVS 320M.

Please first make sure your DirectX drivers and graphic card drivers are up to date. I'm not familiar with this card, but as long as the laptop supports 1024x768 resolution there should be some graphics combination found.

just updated to newest nvidia drivers from their site (197.16) and tried running some directX setup from MS site which said i got everything uptodate, still get same error tho.

all other new games work normally i have played recently.

Hi, I got same problem with my Xsyon.

Laptop Dell Vostro 1710 with NVidia GForce 8600M GS graphic card, system Vista Bussiness 32bit.

the fix is indeed correct and has to do with monitor refresh rate. connected another old monitor on my laptop and it let me login.

They are pretty quick at getting updates out when a problem has been identified

I've tried both 30hz and 29 hz refresh rates
Also tried native 1920x1080 res doesnt help either
