Vorstellung
Die Roamers of Xsyon sind Teil der Roamers Community, die in vielen Spielen und Genres getreu dem Motto "we roam worlds" unterwegs sind.
Wir verstehen und als casual fun Community, d.h. wir spielen neben unserem RL zumeist abends eine lockere Runde um Spaß zu haben.
Es geht uns nicht darum wie verbissen irgendwelchem Pixelreichtum anzuhäufen oder uns in der Communtity als besonders tollen Tribe darzustellen.
Es geht darum gemeinsam zu spielen, sich auszutauschen, gegenseitig zu helfen und daran zu erfreuen was dabei rumkommt.
Zwang oder Leistungsdruck ist uns beim spielen zuwieder, jeder kommt und geht wann es ihm recht ist und niemand wird in irgendeiner Form bewertet.
Bei uns zählt nicht was ein einzelner für den Tribe erreicht hat, sondern was der Tribe gemeinsam erreicht.
Dabei ist es ganz egal, ob jemand 100 oder 10 Stunden Zeit investiert hat, wenn die Zeit für die Gemeinschaft aufgebracht wurde.

Wir suchen Mitspieler für Xsyon die zu uns passen, Spaß am Teamwork haben und sich selbst für die Gemeinschaft zurückstellen können.
Ziele
Unser Ziel in Xsyon ist es eine Sieldung aufzubauen und Teil des neuen Lebens am Lake Tahoe zu werden.
Hierzu haben sich die Gründungsmitglieder zusammengeschlossen, um nach der Katastrophe eine Gemeinschaft nach ihren Vorstellungen zu erschaffen.
Wir sind neutraler Gesinnnung und in erster Linie auf unseren eigenen Vorteil aus, wir wollen überleben, wir sind kompromiss- aber auch kampfbereit.
Das oberste Ziel ist es eine eingeschworene Gemeinschaft zu werden, in der jeder sein Leben für den anderen lässt und niemand auf persönlichen Besitz pocht. Jeder Roamer hat Anspruch auf sein persönliches Hab und Gut, welches sich auf seine Ausrüstung beschränkt , die er dazu braucht der Gemeinschaft als wertvolles Mietglied zu dienen. Das WIR steht über allem anderen!
Wenn wir es geschafft haben uns eine stabile Basis an Mitgliedern aufzubauen und ingame so organsiert sind, das wir autark existieren können, wollen wir uns verstärkt um Beziehungen zu anderen Tribes kümmern. Wir wollen handeln, Rollenspielen und unserer Siedlung und nicht zuletzt dem ganzen Spiel eine Seele geben, Atmosphäre erzeugen. Wir werden uns sicher auch in Kämpfe und vielleicht sogar Kriege verwickeln lassen, die Hauptsache ist und bleibt, das wenn wir etwas tun, es als Gemeinschaft tun.
Organisation
Der Tribe wird einen Leader und mehrere Co-Leader haben.
Der Grund warum es einen übergeordneten Leader gibt, ist der, das in manchen Situationen und Diskussionen jemand einen Schlußstrich ziehen und eine Entscheidung treffen muss. Diese wird immer aus dem Konsens der zuvor geführten Diskussion und unter Beachtung aller Stimmen erfolgen.
Wir hoffen das wir das Questsystem zur Organisation zum Aufbau unserer Siedlung sinnvoll einsetzen können, darüberhinaus werden wir viele Informationen und Pläne im Forum posten und versuchen uns auf diesem Wege bestmöglich aufeinander abzustimmen.
Regeln
Viele Regeln möchten wir nicht aufstellen. Wir werden keine Forums- und auch keine TS-Pflicht aussprechen, empfehlen aber jedem sich regelmäßig das Forum durchzulesen und auch auf den TS zu kommen, um ein effektives Zusammenspiel zu gewährleisten.
Letztendlich werden Mitglieder, die es versäumen sich zu informieren es auch schwer haben sich sinnvoll für die Gemeinschaft einzubringen.
Als eine der wichtigsten Regeln bei uns sei auf einen angemessenen Umgangston hingewiesen.
Hinter jedem Computer sitzt ein Mensch, der zunächstenimal Respekt und Anerkennung verdient hat.
Denkt daran, wenn ihr in Streit geratet und wendet euch an die Leader, wenn ihr Hilfe braucht.
Als letzte Regel möchte ich euch nahelegen, sich nur dann einzuloggen, wenn ihr wirklich Zeit und Lust habt zu spielen.
Xsyon ist ein Spiel, es soll euch nichts anderes als Entspannung und Freude bereiten. Wenn es das nicht tut - einfach mal abschalten
Rollenspiel
Wir suchen Rollenspielinteressierte Mitspieler, die Spaß daran haben Xsyon aus Sicht ihres Charakters zu erleben.
Wir reden hier nicht von stundenlangem, geschwollenem Gerede, sondern mehr von einer ingame Kommunikation, die zum Setting passt.
Wir sind der Meinung, das das in Xsyon ein leichtes sein wird, da einige Spielmechaniken automatisch Rollenspiel erzeugen und das Setting im Jahr 2012 kaum eine Verstellung nötig macht. Rollenspiel entsteht aus freien Stücken, denn nur dann kann es überhaupt funktionieren.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir in unserem Tribe diese besondere Atmosphäre die durch Rollenspiel entstehen kann auch entsteht.
Letztendlich lebt das Spiel von der Interaktion untereinander und mit der Community. Wir wollen wann immer sich die Gelegenheit bietet versuchen diese Interaktion immer aus Sicht unserer Charaktere zu führen und freuen uns über jede entsprechende Reaktion.
Hintergrundgeschichte
Kurz und knapp es gibt keine. Jeder der Lust hat schreibt Geschichtenzu seinem Charakter im Zusammenhang zum Tribe und das was er ingame erlebt hat. Wir bemühen uns mit allen Autoren gemeinsam eine Art Tribe Journal zu schreiben, in dem die Geschichte des Tribes dynamisch foranschreitet.
Den Anfang habe ich als Gründer des Tribes gemacht.

Introduction
The Roamers of Xsyon are part of the Roamers Community, who is active in many games and genres true to the words "we roam worlds".
We understand ourselves as a casual fun community, i.e. we play mostly in the evenings in an informal way just for fun in addition to our RL.
We don't mean to grimly chase and hoard virtual riches or display ourselves in the community as especially great tribe.
The goal is to play together, to exchange, help each others out and watch and enjoy the results, whatever they might be.
We think of force and pressure to perform as very unpleasant while gaming, everybody can come online whenever one likes and nobody is going to be evaluated in any form.
With us, it doesn't count, what an individual achieved for the tribe, but what the tribe achieved as a collective. At the same time it doesn't matter, if someone spends 100 or 10 hours of ones time, if the time is spent in the community.

In Xsyon, we are looking for fellow players that fit in, have fun in teamwork and are able to restrain themselves for the community.
Goals / Mission statement
In Xsyon, our goal is to build our settlement and become a part of the new life at Lake Tahoe.
To this end, the founding members have come together to create a community to their liking after the disaster.
We are in neutral alignment and focus mainly on our own advantage, we want to survive, we are ready for compromise as well as fight.
The top priority is to become a knit community, where everybody sacrifices ones life for the other and nobody insists on her personal possession. Every Roamer is entitled to their personal possession, consisting of the tools one needs to be a valuable member of the community. The WE stands above everything else!
After we achieved to build a constant footing of members and are organized ingame in a way where we are self-sufficient, we want to focus on relations with other tribes. We'd like to trade, roleplay and put some life and atmosphere in our settlement and the game itself.
Surely we will even have our parts in fights, skirmishes or even wars, the most important thing is, if we do something, we are doing it together.
Organisation
The tribe will be lead by a leader and some co-leaders.
The reason for the existence of one paramount leader is, that in some situations and discussions someone must bring an end to it and make a decision. This will always be made based on the consense of the discussion and observance of all opinions.
We hope to be able to use the quest system in a sensible way to organise the construction of our settlement. In addition we'll post much information and plans in our forums and try to match ourselves up in the best possible way.
Rules
We don't have many. There is no obligation to use the forum nor the TS3-Server, but we advise everybody to use both regularly as a means to effective interaction. In the end, members who miss to inform themselves will have a hard time contributing to the community.
One of the most important rules to point out, is to use an appropriate tone. Behind every character there is a human being, entitled to respect and acceptance.
Remember this if you fall into an argument and turn to the leader if you need help.
As a last rule i'd like to suggest only logging in, when you really have time and are in the mood for playing. Xsyon is a game, it should give you nothing else but relaxation and enjoyment. If it doesn't, take some time off.
Roleplay
We are looking for players interested in roleplay, who like to enjoy Xsyon in character. We are not talking about hours of swollen talk, but about a style of ingame communication fitting to the context.
We stand by the opinion, that it will be easy to be in character in Xsyon, because some game mechanics automatically generate roleplay and the setting in the year 2012 makes little adjustment necessary. Roleplay is voluntary, as this is the only way in which it works.
We would be happy if that special atmosphere that can result from roleplaying is also formed in our tribe.
Ultimately, the game thrives on the interaction among ourselves and with the community. We want, whenever the opportunity arises to try to keep this interaction from the perspective of our characters and we welcome any similar reaction.
Background
To put it short: there is none. Anybody who feels like it, can contribute stories about their character in context to the tribe and what one has seen ingame.
With all the authors we'll try and write some kind of tribe journal, in which the story of the tribe advances dynamically.
