Myth or Fact?

I read somewhere that a programmer that helped with combat from M&B was coming to help with the combat system when ready. Can anyone find an official statement to these likes, or the link that spawned the rumor?

I'd like to think this is true as it would mean the combat system I like or something similar is in store. But I got to hear it from the man first before I get my panties in a bunch.

My plan is to take some time after the launch to review the combat system of Mount and Blade and other combat oriented games that players have suggested to me and redesign the system after I have seen what's out there.
