There is of my awareness one tribe on Trial Servers, which also exists on the live server, and that is Raven Moon. On the live server there are many, many tribes looking for members. They all teach you the things you need to know in this game, the question is where you most fit in ;)
Amitola is on Trial server at the moment inviting people to Rainy River if you would like an invite to Rainy River tribe send her a whisper, or you can ask if anyone is on from Raven Moon. :)
I will be online by about 7pm MDT if you would like to join Raven Moon. Just /w Riverspirit in game.
