Error could not create file

Hi,

I moved my xyson files from my D drive to my C drive and it is giving me problems. When I try to patch it says "error could not create file".

ANyone know how to deal with this?

Also if I wipe the game off the drives and reinstall from the patcher it automatically puts the game on the D drive not the C. That is odd, also it does not ask me at all where I want it.
