Skill Gain: Not Updating Correctly

Once you achieve High Skill increases do not update immediately:
Terraforming: 95+, Had taken a few days to reach 100 due to incongruousness raises about week back.
Scavenging: 96+, Just received an increase and skill didn't raise. Relog'd and still did not show change.
Scavenging: 97=, logged in some time later and skill showed correct value.


Have noticed issue w/ running, bone-crafting, and hiding skills as well.

Scavenging 97+, Just received an increase and skill didn't show raise in skills menu.
Scavenging 98=, Logged in later and Scavenging now shows correct value.
Foraging 40+, Just received an increase and skill didn't show raise in skill menu.
Foraging 41=, Skill Updated roughly 5 minutes later while I was inattentive ~
