how about posting screen shots of your village so we can see what you've accomplished?
Just a friendly idea, so we can weed out the tribes who not really that organized even if there wall of text claims they are.
I for one would like to visit a few tribes villages to meet and see what they have accomplished. Myself and about 5-10 others are looking hard for a truly well organized Tribe that can show they've made some progress during beta
