About the soon to be implemented stuck command.

Well would like to see it as "/rope" instead usable by friend or tribemembers to prevent it beeing used as a grappeling line. but has to be accepted by reciving player.
So all players friends or tribemates have the option to trow a person a fictional rope to help em get out of those bad spots we keep getting ourself into. myself included.

Might mean alot of coding but have no clue about those things.
Allmost a feature while climbing given it has some small range to it.
