I have an active support ticket but wanted to give others a heads up. I'm on day 2 of not being able to play my character due to the cart stuck on the character. I've tried many things:

Reloading Game, downloading a new version of game, testing it in different resolution (I've decided it's on my PC). It has to be server related. So now every time I get online to do more test, my eating/thirst bar is pretty much has lowered to zero.

It's only been my 2nd day of playing the game - not the best experience but, I understand this comes with early adopting.

I've attempted to remove the cart and all it does is creates a shadow copy of it (this can be seen by other players in game). It is not duplicating the others but, showing a mirror of the cart that is interactive. I thought perhaps I was inadvertently duping items but this is not the case.

Tried also /unstuck - still no go. Customer Support copied my character over to the test server. I logged in there and my character works fine with no problems.

Note: This is on the PVE server

Overall - the guys/gals that are working my ticket has been good with communicating with me but - asking me to send my specs on my PC when it's clearly not a local issue, is wasteful time of solving this issue. It's very clear this is a server related bug not a UI/local issue with my system. (Considering I redownload a new client from directly with Xsyon's website) so now I have both copies of Steam and Xsyon. I've never had to do this before with any other Steam games.
