I chose scavenging and tailoring as my skills and am close to maxing them out. I've only ever found 1 Metal Decoration and 3 Buckles. Other people i have talked to are in similar situations and not many people are willing to trade them. I have one recipe that requires 9 of them and that seems like a monolithic task with how rare they are. I just wanted to know if this was an oversight or a bug and if i max out tailoring and scavenging it will effect my chances of finding them thanks.
