Ok, my energy was getting low so I laid down to rest. I noticed my energy bar wasn't going up. I closed my game by clicking the X on the top-right corner. I log back in and all my bars (health, encumbrance, etc) are at 0 yet I am alive. I restarted again and still the same thing.

There is definitely something wrong here. I mean it's nice I can have a full pack and still run like the blazes but its not right.
