Allow for items to be dissected in order for the player to learn them as a recipe. The success rate will be low but would offer an alternative to finding random drops.

Sounds good, I would like to see it much lower than scav a recipe though. Like 10x lower or more. (I know recipes will be easier to find after a patch)

Agreed, More option to how we learn would be a good thing.
