'Umlaut' in other languages arnt working
missing the ability to use our native Umlaut-system

As i am mostly talking english i wasnt aware of that until i started a whisper with a fellow german guy and switching to our native tongue. We commonly use letters like öäü in our words - which arnt working in chat. Makes talking to each other in our own language extremly unconvinient as we have to replace umlaut with substitutions like oe, ae etc - which usually means a lot of extra thinking and formatting.

Didnt know if that was intended as is - so i file it here.
