Way to make the game more financially viable in Buy to play model.
payment for larger tribal areas.

This has probably been suggested before but anyway...i see there is the option for players to pay to stop totem decay. I feel a bigger way to help this financial model would be to allow players to pay real money to have larger tribal areas. I am sure there are lots of players that play solo or in small groups that would love an epic tribal area to build a city or whatever. Many of these would probably be happy to pay real money for this.

What do other people think?

As it is now with the new building method and Blueprints...a solo player can make quite a statement with what he gets already...

Now lets look at it from both sides of a new player....First he sees these huge tribes...Where are all the people?...one person with like 10 to 20 accounts. He is in awe and wants to meet/trade or Join this tribe...but no one is around just one person with a Montana dude ranch.

Older players with existing tribes.....Lonely...oh but I have huge tracks of land...lonely. Invite more people to his tribe but he does not want his building style changed...they leave.

If it were up to me the tribe boundries would be smaller...I say leave it alone and don't sell extra space

i've never been much into recruiting. i picked up a lot of newbs which usual left after they learned the basics in my place. i dont feel lonely at all, i didnt when i played more active. and as soon as i play more active again, i will have a few friends wo return as well.
for me its not the size of the land i hold, its mainly the effort. terraforming just the ground of a normal homestead took like a week for a active player in the past, just for a imagination how much time to spend for buildings. there was not way to build multiple storys and we was forced to dig up, build a story and remove the dirt below, to continue. it would be fun to start at zero, but i'm kinda proud of what me and my friends build up, thats why i keep it.

about the suggestion. i'm fine if its implemented or not. but we've seen the drama's on steam about the payments, and since this the situiation in the discussions calmed down a lot. currently Xsyon is on 75% on the reviews. i doubt that a kind of pay2win implement would do well for it.

anyway, Xsyon always had his own plans and thats what he did and will do. especially financial topics we wont be part on any change he consider about. we'll just see what he's going to do and deal with it, as we did for years ;)

I've thought about this before but it's something that's controversial and difficult to gauge if it would help or not (financially). For now this won't be under consideration.
