Pulley system
Allows faster moving of baskets/bins.
A pulley system would be a HUGE help. Moving storage around takes considerable time and effort.

This system could be mounted to a cart and allow basket/bin movement from ground to cart - cart to structure.

I think a better option would be to add additional commands to load carts or buildings directly.
