I submitted a suggestion earlier, yet I don't see it in the list. This maybe a duplicate suggestion.

I would like to be able to eventually remove some of the random rock tiles in my tribe area, this should be something that a high level architect should be able to do; it could be done by adding a skill and possibly high level tools such as a diamond drill or through a multiple titration of actions. Rock and tiles maybe in certain areas to keep the basic level of mountains, but what i'm referring to is the same tile, but the ones i'm talking about are random in my tribe area. If its impossible to be able to dig through the rock tiles, please allow us to raid the terrain by filling over the top of the rock with dirt.
