I have no idea what the plan is but single permissions on baskets, gates, tents and canopies would be all the tools we require imo. Being able to give an individual singular permission to gates would allow us to rent out property. We would have to organise payment ect ourselves. Bins with singular permission would also be useful but not a necessity.
The landlord would have to be trusted not to steal stored items and the occupant would need to pay rent on time or suffer a penalty, this would be player controlled and enforced.
