some ideas

1. If you are hungry or thirsty temporary loss of stats. (IRL you get tired if you don't eat.)
2. As long as tools are in your backpack/bin that you have equipped they don't have to be put in crafting window.
3. When you die you spawn in the same location. No death ports to home tribe. Or at least have an option to choose if you stay or go to tribe. If you stay where you die maybe some sort of debuff or penalty for x amount of minutes.
4. When pulling grass have a chance of getting seeds so you can replant grass like trees.
5. Shrubs in game would be nice to add. Blueberry bushes would be nice. More variety of trees such as, cherry, apple, and nut bearing trees
6. Carts could have option to dismantle added.
7. Furniture as in tables, chairs, stools, beds, billboards for tribes. Same rule would apply to any building, they could only be placed on tribe land. Could implement same wood crafting items that are created with the wood crafting skill. Would only have to add schemes for the furniture itself. Furniture could be made with the architecture ability but have to have higher skill like over 70 or unlock at 100 skill. Make it worth having and can only be learned by doing that skill.
8. Clothes that could be added are knee high boots, jackets or over coats, and ponchos. They don't have to be sets. Simple pieces just for fun or special occasion type thing.
9.The ability to add dyes to leather. These could be gathered from bushes or trees or even scavenged.
10. Add more architecture blueprints. More doors and gates,half walls, and even steps. And more size options. Different types of fencing. There is a lot of plastic scrap boards that don't have any purpose in game that I have noticed so use these for fencing materials.
11. Band aids would be nice. These could be created by tailoring. It takes forever for your health to regenerate on its own.
12. Could add medicine bottles to scrap plies for different things. Make them like rare or extremely rare. Could give stats, increase health, restore health, or restore energy. No schemes to learn and no added professions. Keep it simple. This could encourage the economy. Extremely rare give better stats, and rare lower stats. A timer could be implemented so that they wouldn't be over used.
13. Start with simple farming and cooking. Grow wheat to bake bread. Ability to cook fish.
