I've had this happen twice now. Been in the game crafting and on exit, no problem. But the two times I did much combat in game, after exiting the game and returning to windows, the mouse buttons didn't work right. For the most part they acted as if they where switch, but not totally. For example, Double click a program on the desktop and instead of starting the program, it brings up the properties for the program/shortcut. And in programs when click on the file option to drop down options to open files and such, you have to use the right button instead of the left and none of the options seem to work with ether button.

Only fix seems to be to restart the computer. No program should have an effect such that it effects windows operation after the program has been shut down.
