Cursor position off
My cursor is active about an inch lower than the on screen cursor.
My cursor does not line up with the visual arrow. I have to move an inch to 1.5 inches below my intended target to click on it. This is for everything in game, UI and in world stuff. It occurs on both of my computers. One running XP with an nvidia card another running 7 with an ATI. I can give more info if needed, but since its 2 different machines with different set ups I don't think it's on my end.

I have not experienced this issue and I am running windows 7 sp1 and a ATI HD 4670 (latest drivers as of posting)

Do you happen to have anything running on your desktop that uses the top or bottom area of your display? Also what resolution are you running at as it maybe related to a specific resolution?
