The new UI for inventory has a bug on it. If you clik on the drop of any item, there is a chance it will automatically grab the container under the item and make it move with the mouse. When it does this, inventory icons sometimes shift from the container and are no longer accessible. Relogging does help, but the items that are shifted outside the container are not always there when you log back in, only the ones still aligned inside. See screenshots. Oh and once they are shifted you can actually drag the basket around and they remain shifted.

Easy thing to fix, and I hope you do this really, is make it so you HAVE to click the title bar of any bag to actually select them for movement. Clicking anyplace in the contants panel is highly annoying when your attempting to move inventory around. Wasting 5 minutes to relog only to find half your stuff gone AND wasting double the normal time attempting to sort inventory is a practical game breaker for a high crafting game like this.
