GUI highlights
GUI highlights are not centered
When highlighting the bars in the GUI, eg. Health, Hunger, Thirst, Adrenaline,etc, the highlight is well below where it should be, almost to the point where your mouse pointer is over the bar below to highlight the one above.

Just to make this clear, you mean the point at which you need to place your cursor at to see the pop up is far below the stat in which it is for?

Does this happen with all resolutions or just one/some?

Yes Virtus, thats exactly what I mean.

I only does it on some resolutions. I usually play on 1920x1080, and it does it on that res. on 1680x1050 its fine. On 1600x900 its fine also. These are the only others Ive checked, but as I said, I usually always play 1920x1080, and its off on that one.

Bumping this. This is still an issue on the 1920x1080 resolution, and an annoyance.
