post updates on forum
Last update on this game seems to be from 2014 talking about closing down f2p and keeping the subscription model... that was a long time ago.

I think it would help alot to have the update forum actually updated with whats going on, so someone whos researching this to find out if its still being updated or whats going on, will have something to see.

Since atm, we all know you have done things in the past 5 years but according to the update forums theres no update since than, this could give people the wrong idea, the image that this game is dead and not being updated when its just a simple issue of the forum post not being updated.

If you look at the top of the website, there is a NEWS button the updates are there.

Basically I'd like to be able to follow patch notes and see what is being changed, what its being changed to ect.

Like my client just downloaded a bunch of files about 200mb worth tonight and I have no idea what its for.. I'm reading the files and all I could do is make a guess based upon files changed as it flys by in the download...

all i know is the latest updates are posted on the News page, he been putting them there for a couple of years at least
that link you posted is outdated.


the latest files you downloaded were only for the test server.

Maybe that post should be taken down than? Or locked and renamed as past updates, directing you to go to the updates page?

Either way you look at this, it doesn't make things seem very active.

All News, Developer Updates and Patch Notes are on the Home Page and News page (as chojinuk stated above).

The Xsyon Update Archives thread is simply an archive of old updates that were posted before I had the Home Page announcements and News sections set up. It is locked and it's labeled 'archive' meaning it is past updates.

Any patches made through the launcher that are not announced in the News section are for the Test Server only and can basically be ignored by players not participating in testing. Anything that is patched to the Main Servers is and will be announced in the News section.
