skill dependent action queuing
a queue for multiple actions

the ability to queue one action after another for example with fishing an action queue of 2 to 3 would be nice maybe dependent on your respective skills or tied to a separate skill or attribute take out some tedium

I voted yes to this, As a way to help us now. But I thought that fishing was going to have a revamp. Some type of mini game deal and not just click and wait, click and wait, click and wait. With so many other things that needs to be done and us pushing for other things so hard, Not sure if a revamp will happen or not. But I think I will ask in the Q&A of the week.

I think fixing the need for making 10000 items should be the focus not making systems that deal with the horrid grind we have.

Fix the need to grind or want to grind. This to me is a patch fix for the main problem. Its like putting a band-aid on a knife wound where you have tons of internal bleeding.

OK Mr. Smith, I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is we was able to put a band-aid on the knife wound. So now we can clean you up for the wake. Oh sorry about that, I'm getting ahead of myself. The bad news is you have less than an hour to live because of all the internal bleeding. Sorry there's not much we could do, But as there is little time left, Could you sign your bill for us.
Thank you,
And have a great day Mr. Smith.

I get what your saying MrDDT, But dang man, Want you let us dream a little dream from time to time. There will always be something more important and more urgent than some things. But for me I would love to see a revamp of the fishing skill, But when will fishing be important enough to be put on thethe top of the list? Never I would say, But I'm still going to ask, Who knows, With me asking it may be something he could add to the round with cooking. You never know ....

I would love to see a mini game type situation for a few of the actions. Fishing is definatley one, I think you could do something with logging and resource gathering too. I am not looking for a bandaid, I am looking for something that makes picking up 1000 sand interesting. Even a simple system where you just have to follow a prompt to push left or right is better than sitting there watching the action bar go down.

while mini games would be nice they would have a much longer development time than a simple queue, why yes i would like a band-aid to stop the beading until i can get in for surgery. To take in to consideration if the mini games are not made well them selves all it does is add another layer of tedium on top of the existing one instead of just having an action timer that would go up unattended you now have to push left and right over and over again even the most well designed mini games will become bery boring and monotonous after 1000+ times of doing it. I think a better overall solution would be to add in bulk options for actions that cant help but be tedious such as gathering sand maybe removing the need to click every time you harvest instead have it on a continuous loop until you are full or out of stamina or out of resource. With logging i believe a better solution would be to have it more grounded in the game to make it easily integrated in there current system trees would be an entity like an npc instead of a static model when it is brought to zero health through the regular combat system exclusive to axes damage being dependent on logging skill and ax quality the tree initiates the standard fall to ground animation or physics however it is done. But i digress yeah for action timer nay for minigames this is not puzzle pirates and I think the development team needs to keep in mind that we are all hear to play a game, if i wanted to partake in the exquisite boredom of chopping up fire wood with all the tedium of the real world i would go outside. Dont fill subscriptions by making everything in game be filled with timers you have to wait on fill them with fun.

I voted yes in principle, but I have asked questions for the developers to think about auto grinding with a queue actions to be done offline. Not everyone is into grinding and does put a lot of new players from continuing to subscribe to the game. Some tasks are very very very boring and if the tools and materials are close by you shouldn't need to keep clicking and tapping a thousand times over. This world has much more potential than that.
