Blue Prints not able to be scavenged
I've spent hours and hours farming extreme areas, medium areas, high areas, low areas. Not able to get blue prints.

I'm not talking about a certain blue print, I'm talking about ANY blue print. Note: Recipe is not the same as a blueprint.

Talking about building blueprints.

At least 12 hours of scavenging time (actual time using the scav action) and no blueprints.

I ran some tests and they can be found but are too rare (1 in 1000 chances, maybe a bit less rare in some areas).

Technically this isn't a bug and the scavenging tables have been like this for a long time but I will think of a better way for players to get the blueprints they seek.

Something was wrong, not sure what happened but its working fine now.
