Error: Incorrect User Name
when i try logging in to the launcher i get stopped in my tracks with the above error
I get "Error: Incorrect User Name" when i try logging in to the launcher. This was working fine a few minutes ago, although i would crash after being ingame for maybe 2 seconds
This issue is closed. No more replies may be made.

ditto, had this happen this morning then it went away and now it's back again, same with 3 others from the guild

i just switched to Euro server to patch up and that worked? I still crash as soon as i get ingame though?

I was in-game for about 5 min, lost connection and now I am able to reconnect. Getting the same error.

having the same problem. Switching to Euro patch server fixed it for me as well.

Yup, had this, switched to EU server and it worked.

Same here, I am assuming it is because the servers are down, but the dev post says that they're up. So just in case this might be an issue, I am throwing my name in the hat for a fix.

Not working for me, and I just bought the game so this kind of sucks for a welcome :/ same account that works logging into the website so it's not incorrect user/pass as the error message claims, got a receipt in my mail saying I paid the 40 bucks as well so, I'm going to guess the problem is still around.

Same bug, incorrect name acc/pass its down all patch with the same login and not enter the game....:/

Any solution, i never login just have bought my subscription and now the patch end i can't play ....helllll!!!!!!!!!!!
