I killed someone and when I tried to loot their pack it says I dont have permission to open it. I've seen this A couple times. A friend in game told me that it is an exploit where if you set your pack on the ground and set permission to private then pick it back up it will have this result.

I asked a guide in game about it and he told me that it is a bug and to post it here.
