"Unable to create direct sound" wont launch from patcher
Game returns above error and will not launch
I do not have speakers plugged into this machine that I'm getting the error on. I should be able to play the game without speakers if I wish to...

Repair this fakin bug!!! I dont have sound card so i cant play a game? Yea sound is very fakin important -_'.

Hello,

Yes, it's a known issue without a fix planned right now,

having speakers or headphones plugged in so that DirectSound can load properly is required.
