This was something we all talked about many months ago, But I think I have a new spin on it where it would not be bad to code in and it would be a good feature for RP tribes or any tribe that does not want other people knowing what they are talking about.

Have an option for everyone to be able to turn on Tribal Language Barrier or off as they wish.

When on
When someone from any given tribe chats in local it scrambles the letters, Random strings of letters will show in the local chat channel for any non-tribal member to read.
(Every one would still talk in what ever language there tribe uses, This would just scrambles the letters around so no other could read it.

Teach other tribes your language
There is a great deal of people that play solo and never use a VOIP. They also team up with other solo/small to large tribes. Being able to teach other people or tribes your language would let you talk with them in local chat without everyone knowing what you was doing.

Thats it, Simple and I see it as something that RP tribes would use and also solo, multiple tribes useing this to all talk with each othere with no outsiders knowing what they are saying.
