Less tedious progression

Resource gathering and crafting is currently very tedious and repetitive. A possible solution to this could a combination of:

- Automation. Make either an autocast function that repeats the previous action or make actions queueable. Add a craft all button. This is the easy way and I dont think there is any other way of fixing crafting. There simply needs to be a craft all button. Period.

- Make resource gathering more rewarding but take more effort and thought. The main thing here is to make gathering require you to think about what you are doing instead of just running in a circle pressing the scavenge button.

MrDDT suggested in the game chat the other day that resource distribution in junkpiles could be dynamic so that the stuff you scavenge from a junkpile changes every 24 hours or so. This would mean that you would have to run from pile to pile to find what you need but when you find it you can gather as much as you like. The big Junkpiles would have to go away and there should be more smaller scattered piles.

I have nothing against spending a lot of time and work progressing in Xsyon but I seriously need less mindnumbing tedium of clicking and clicking and clicking and more thought behind it.

I agree. I should outline the idea I had for scav.

But just basic rock, sand, cloth bundles, metal junk, etc it needs to have better ways to do it than clicking 1 time waiting 5 seconds each time you want 1 resource. Maybe tools, or some other system for it.
