I can't seem to find any button that allows us to set our tribe alignment. I checked both the totem and tribe panel, and there's no options to change it. After looking through old posts and the wiki, it seems that it was supposed to appear through the tribe panel, but nothing shows up. Not sure if it's intended or moved somewhere, but I'm unable to find it to set my own tribe alignment.
