Scavenged a new "rare" architect recipe, "Bamati Patchwork Corner" and learned it. I got the message that a new item had been learned but it did not show up in my list. Waited a while, logged out ad in, waited some more, still no recipe. Waited several hours, even over a server restart and still no recipe.
