I just purchased my pre-order and got an error message when putting my credit card information. It is ALWAYS a VERY negative thing to display an error message after someone has put their credit card information and clicked CONFIRM/CONTINUE.

Anyways, I got this cryptic error message that wouldn't tell me where the error was. I managed to figure it out, though. I am in Brazil and the website forces me to put a phone number in the US format. Here in Brazil phone numbers are NOT in the 999-999-9999 format. So, I had to put a fake phone number from a hotel in Miami or something, just to get registered.

So, summing it up, don't force the US phone number format when the country is not US. And tell the customer where the error is, instead of displaying some ERROR NUMBER #.
