Same issue here. Two felled Douglas firs in z863 316/282 that we cannot chop. Also only get the chop options (they show but don't work) at the very base of the tree.

I've updated the Test Server with a fix for this. Please check and confirm. If it looks ok, I can update the Main Server builds without restarting the servers.

Just tried both short and long logs after chopping down a few trees and both worked ok.

Hopped onto Test and I was able to chop both problem trees into short and long logs in 863. Looks good.

Tried this today (Saturday, 28 November, 3:50 CST). Test server, chop large activates, receive correct amount of logs. No problem observed.
PVE Server, chop large still does not activate. I wonder if this fix has been applied to the PVE server at this time?

from the sound of things some can cut logs, while others can't, I'm one of those who can't , I can select the options but no action starts, I can also remove the axe from my hand try to chop logs and don't get any warning about needing an axe equipped.

I just patched the fix to the Main Server build. If you're in game you'll have to exit and get the build through the launcher (or restart Steam if you are playing through Steam).

If you still have issues at all with tree chopping, let me know.
