Just curious as to what is going on here.

This keeps showing up in my logs all of the time

"GetTextureIndexPack CreatePack Failed"

Xsyon Guide
Those warnings can be ignored its just showing that the textures/icons are not in the game client as of right now.

Yep exactly but it still should be fixed and properly added to the game...

This is not a bug - just messages for textures that will be patched soon but are currently not used or needed.
