Black Screen Freeze when logging in 2nd time

Black Screen Freeze when logging in 2nd time

The game runs well enough when I play. However, if I log out and start the game again it freezes my computer just after entering my login information. Have to do a hard reboot as nothing responds.

Intel Core2duo 2.53
4GB Ram
ATI hd3870x2
Vista 64
